The course measures 2,479 yards and comprises six par-4s and three par-3s, providing a moderate challenge suitable for golfers of all abilities. The design incorporates four different tee options, allowing players to adjust difficulty from back to front tees, with the option to play either nine or eighteen holes. The course is set within a comprehensive golf facility that includes a floodlit Toptracer driving range with ball-tracking technology and virtual golf capabilities, a professional golf shop stocking major brands, and coaching facilities featuring C-Swing video technology and launch monitors. Additional amenities include the Tenth Café & Bar with views across the course and Pegwell Bay, custom club fitting services, and adventure golf. Buggies are available for hire, and the maximum group size is four players.
