Majestic at Lake Walden Golf Course

The Majestic at Lake Walden is a championship 27-hole golf course designed by Jerry Matthews, located on 1,400 acres of scenic Michigan landscape near Hartland. The course features three nine-hole configurations, with the first 18 holes winding around the spring-fed Lake Walden and holes 19-27 intertwining with natural wetlands and Ore Creek, widely considered the most scenic of the three nines.

The layout is characterized by rolling hills with significant elevation changes, tree-lined fairways, and strategic hazards including marshlands, multi-tiered greens, and various bunkers. Notable design features include large, well-manicured greens and fair landing areas that balance challenge with playability. The course offers four sets of tees accommodating different skill levels, with yardages ranging from 4,700 to 7,000 yards.

Amenities include a full driving range with bent grass tees, expansive putting green, pro shop, GPS-equipped carts, and the 28th Hole Bar and Grill. A defining characteristic is that no two holes are in sight of each other, creating distinct individual golfing experiences throughout the course.
