Madison Country Club

Madison Country Club is a historic golf course founded in 1923 along the shores of Lake Erie in Northern Ohio. Designed by renowned architect Sandy Alves, the course features his signature design elements including demanding water shots and narrow fairways. The 18-hole, par-72 course stretches 6,487 yards with a course rating of 72.2 and slope rating of 129, presenting a challenging test for golfers of all abilities.

The layout accommodates various skill levels through four sets of tees. The course is characterized by elegant landscaping, mature tree lines, and large greens that integrate the natural beachy bay environment. Accurate approach shot placement is essential, as oversized greens can lead to lengthy putts. Water hazards and sand traps feature prominently throughout the layout.
