Lost Nation Municipal Golf Course

Lost Nation Golf Course is an 18-hole municipal facility located in north Willoughby, Ohio, approximately 1.5 miles from State Route 2. The course stretches 6,500 yards and was designed by renowned architects H.S. Colt and Harry Allison, known for creating challenging layouts suitable for golfers of all skill levels.

The front nine features two recently remodeled par 5s and one of the area's notable par 3s. The back nine presents increased difficulty, highlighted by the signature 15th hole, considered one of the area's most challenging par 4s. Water hazards come into play on five holes of the back nine, adding strategic complexity to the layout.

The facility includes a driving range, putting green, and snack bar. The pro shop stocks Bridgestone and Titleist products. The course's design creates a well-rounded test of golf that balances accessibility for casual players with meaningful challenges for more experienced golfers.
