Little Sandy

Little Sandy is a 10-hole short course located at Omni Amelia Island Resort & Spa, designed by Beau Welling. The course features holes ranging from 30 to 125 yards, nestled around Red Maple Lake within a picturesque lowland oak marsh habitat. Nearly all holes are played along the lake's water, contrasting with sandy native grass areas, dunes, and diverse wildlife habitat.

The design emphasizes playability and a fun-focused atmosphere suitable for families and golfers new to the game, while also offering strategic challenges and bold, contoured greens for experienced players. The signature 10th hole features an island green with a dramatic finish, including a "hole-in-one" pin. The course also includes an 18-hole putting course and a covered deck with views overlooking the property.

Little Sandy is a walking-only course open to the public, resort guests, and Amelia Island Club members. It operates from 8 AM to 6 PM daily, with pricing ranging from complimentary for children under 10 to $60 per round for adult non-guests, all including rental clubs.
