Linkou Golf Club

Linkou Golf Club was established in 1964 following the initiative of former Taipei Mayor Wu San-lien and other prominent investors. The 18-hole course was completed in August 1965 on 80 hectares of land in the Hou Hu area of Linkou, with an additional 40 hectares acquired later. Originally developed from tea plantation land, the course design preserved the natural topography, with fairways laid out to follow the original undulating terrain. The course meanders through the rolling landscape characteristic of the Linkou region. As one of Taiwan's oldest established golf courses, Linkou has operated continuously for over five decades. The facility is operated by Linkou Recreation Enterprise Company Limited, which issues stock to shareholders. Weekend play is restricted to shareholders and their guests, ensuring exclusive access and protecting member interests. The club also features wedding and conference facilities in addition to its golf operations.
