La Martona is an 18-hole golf course located in Cañuelas, Buenos Aires, designed by Emilio Serra. The course is set within a rural environment of over 400 hectares, featuring a layout that integrates natural elements such as lagoons, streams, and eucalyptus forests. The design is characterized by strategic bunkering and water hazards, offering a challenging yet balanced experience for golfers of varying skill levels. The course plays to a par 72 and features distinct tee boxes for men and women, allowing for customized yardage and difficulty. Men’s tees range from the forward yellow tees at 5,770 yards to the back black tees at 6,739 yards, while women’s tees extend from 4,955 yards to 5,203 yards. The fairways are planted with Tifway grass, and the greens are maintained with Paspalum, providing a consistent playing surface across the different setups. Supporting facilities include a 250-yard illuminated driving range, practice areas with mats, and a dedicated junior golf school. The course also features a clubhouse confitería for players to relax after their round.
