Kohanaiki

Kohanaiki Golf Course is an 18-hole championship course located in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii, and is the only course in the state designed by world-renowned architect Rees Jones. The layout features six oceanfront holes situated along a scenic 1½-mile shoreline, offering distinctive views and challenging play. The course is characterized as playable yet challenging, with design that balances competitive difficulty against accessibility for various skill levels.

The facility includes a well-appointed clubhouse with food and beverage offerings. Kohanaiki maintains a commitment to environmental stewardship, having earned Audubon International Silver Signature status. The course operates a sustainable water management system, including solar-powered desalination and reverse-osmosis capabilities that distribute one million gallons of water daily, supporting course maintenance while conserving resources.
