The course is characterized as a narrow park-style layout that emphasizes driving accuracy, with tree-lined fairways creating a challenging playing environment. The greens are generously sized, rewarding accurate play from the fairways, though wayward shots require recovery play through wooded areas. The course is well-maintained and features water hazards and forest-lined fairways visible from The Terrace Restaurant overlooking the 18th hole.
