Kilimanjaro Golf Course

Kilimanjaro Golf Course is an 18-hole championship golf course located on a 1,040-acre estate nestled between Mount Kilimanjaro and Mount Meru in Tanzania. Designed by David Jones, a former Irish national coach and Kenya Open champion, it represents Tanzania's first championship golf course. The course is situated in prime African bushland with spectacular panoramic views of the Maasai Steppe and the Eastern Arc Mountains—the Pare, Usambara, and Blue Mountains—all visible from the property. The Usa River runs along the estate's western boundary. The course is positioned equidistant from Arusha and Kilimanjaro International Airport, approximately 25 kilometers from each. The estate combines the golf course with residential properties and wildlife features, designed to accommodate international and local tournaments, golf events, and club activities. The dramatic mountain setting and African wilderness backdrop provide a distinctive playing environment.
