Karratha Country Club is an 18-hole golf course established in 1972, originally designed by Murray Dawes. The course underwent a significant redesign completed in 2022 by Richard Chamberlain, transforming it into a fully grassed links-style layout with no bunkers and undulating greens. Previously, the course featured oiled, blue metal, and sand greens before this modern upgrade.
Located in Karratha, Western Australia, the course is situated within the Karratha Country Club, one of the oldest establishments in the region, positioned on Searipple Road. The course benefits from distinctive views and a scenic setting characteristic of the area.
Competition play occurs regularly, with 18-hole competitions on Mondays and Wednesdays, and 9-hole competitions Thursday through Friday. The course is open to both members and the general public. Membership options include single golf memberships from $789 and family golf memberships from $1,198, with various categories available for juniors, pensioners, and country members.
