The course measures 5,900 yards from the A Green tees and 5,976 yards from the B Green tees. The layout is divided into an outward nine and an inward nine, each totaling 36 par. The terrain features a mix of flat stretches, uphill shots, and significant elevation changes, including several downhill holes that characterize the back nine. The front nine begins with a short, uphill par-4 at the first hole, where accuracy off the tee is prioritized over distance. The third hole presents the longest par-4 on the front side, stretching nearly 400 yards and requiring careful club selection to avoid side penalties. A notable challenge arises at the fifth hole, a par-4 that requires a 50-yard carry over a creek from the tee, with a water hazard situated 100 yards from the green guarding the approach. The sixth hole is a par-5 described as a club feature, where the second shot must navigate a split green separated by a hill, with the right "K Green" and left "B Green" offering different strategic options. The back nine introduces more dramatic terrain, starting with a dogleg-right par-5 at the tenth hole that offers birdie opportunities for long hitters who can clear the OB zone.
