Kaiapoi Golf Course

Kaiapoi Golf Club, founded in 1907, is located 20 minutes north of Christchurch in North Canterbury. The 18-hole course combines links and parkland styles, featuring well-groomed undulating fairways and smooth rolling greens. Its sandy base ensures excellent drainage, making it one of Canterbury's driest courses during winter, while a computerised irrigation system maintains summer conditions.

The course is slightly shorter than many competitors, allowing most rounds to be completed in just over three hours. It offers a fair challenge for all ability levels, with the option to play nine holes. A computerised irrigation system and sandy base construction provide reliable playing conditions year-round. The clubhouse provides full catering and bar services with views over the course. The club welcomes new members and green fee players, offering affordable rates and equipment hire including golf carts and clubs, with free trundlers available. School students may play free when accompanied by an adult.
