JoAnne Goulet Golf Course is Regina's municipal executive-length 18-hole course, designed to provide fast, enjoyable rounds playable in as little as 3.5 hours. The back nine was designed by Dave Grant and plays longer than the front nine. The course features generous greens well-protected by sand bunkers with mostly level surfaces that read true, making them forgiving for novice golfers while still presenting challenges.

Wascana Creek weaves through the entire course and is in play on 15 holes, providing the bulk of hazards. The course plays open with few trees. The signature 13th hole is a par-three playing uphill to an elevated green at 214 yards, made more difficult by a front-left bunker and creek down the entire left side. The course allows golfers to use all clubs in their bag and is characterized as a mix of long and short holes with varying difficulty. Located in northwest Regina, the course operates April 1 through October 31 and features a driving range, food and beverage services, and instruction programs.
