Jakarta Golf Club is Indonesia's oldest golf course, established in 1872 as Batavia Golf Club and relocated to Rawamangun in East Jakarta in 1934. The 18-hole course spans 36 hectares and is surrounded by lush green panoramic views. Originally pioneered by A. Gray and TC Wilson, the club was renamed Jakarta Golf Club in 1950.
The course offers a tranquil golfing experience within an urban setting, providing golfers with scenic fairways and pristine greens. Facilities include a pro shop (open 5:30 AM–6:00 PM), driving range for practice, restaurant overlooking the course, meeting rooms, and a lobby area. The club maintains an active membership base and serves both casual players and members seeking an escape from the city's hustle.
