Ironwood Golf & Country Club

Ironwood Golf & Country Club is an 18-hole private golf course located in Greenville, North Carolina. Designed by Lee Trevino, it was the first Lee Trevino Signature Golf Course built east of the Mississippi River. The course features six tee placements at each hole, accommodating golfers of all skill levels.

Set within a comprehensive country club featuring a 14,000-square-foot clubhouse, the course is complemented by newly renovated practice areas and 18 new Bermuda grass greens. The property offers scenic views, particularly from the dining facilities which overlook the 18th hole and 13th fairway.

The club has been voted Best Golf Course in Greenville for multiple consecutive years (2019-2025). Beyond golf, Ironwood provides diverse amenities including a competition-size swimming pool, lighted Har-Tru tennis courts, and pickleball facilities. The full-service restaurant and event spaces serve both casual and formal dining experiences.

Privately owned by Renaissance Golf Group LLC, Ironwood has operated for three decades as a members-only facility with a focus on combining competitive golf with social and recreational activities for families and professionals.
