The Illinois Valley Golf Club is a 9-hole course featuring 3,100 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 36. Designed by Bob E. Baldock and Robert L. Baldock, the course opened in 1977. The course is nestled in the Siskiyou Mountains near the Southern Oregon Coast, about 30 miles southwest of Grants Pass. The semi-private nine-hole course features a narrow layout and small greens that reward good shots, with mostly flat terrain and many trees throughout.

The course presents challenging holes with trees, doglegs and small greens being the primary challenges. The course has a rating of 36.2 and a slope rating of 126. The course is compact and flat, allowing for a pleasant walk. The course serves as the home course for Illinois Valley High School and holds an annual tournament with proceeds used to buy golf clubs for junior players. The course offers junior camps for boys and girls of all ages, with free play for kids under 18.
