The course was developed by clearing hilly terrain, resulting in a layout that is notably flat for a high-altitude facility. The 18-hole, par-72 layout is divided into two distinct halves. The front nine is characterized by wide fairways that invite powerful, long-distance shots, while the back nine presents a more varied and strategic challenge requiring precise ball placement. The front nine totals 3,327 yards from the back tees, featuring a mix of par-4s, a par-3, and two par-5s. The 1st hole is a demanding 431-yard par-4, while the 3rd hole offers a longer 503-yard par-5. The short 2nd hole is a 145-yard par-3, and the 7th hole measures 158 yards. The course is equipped with GPS navigation in all carts and utilizes specific local rules, such as treating drainage ditches as immovable obstructions and defining out-of-bounds with white stakes. The facility hosts various open competitions and member events throughout the year, including the Motosakizaka Cup and the Bridgestone Cup.
