Homestead Golf Club is a championship course located in Midway, Utah, currently undergoing complete renovation and scheduled to reopen in Fall 2027. Originally designed by Bruce Summerhays, the course is being reimagined by John Fought, a former U.S. Amateur Champion and PGA Tour Rookie of the Year.
The redesigned course will feature completely renovated greens, tees, and fairways, along with striking new bunker complexes and improved irrigation systems for enhanced sustainability. A distinctive feature will be a one-of-a-kind double green shared by holes 9 and 18. The setting offers sweeping fairways framed by mountain views characteristic of the Utah landscape.
Upon reopening, the facility will include a state-of-the-art clubhouse with indoor golf simulators, an 18-hole putting course, a professional-grade short game practice area, and an elevated pro shop. The course will operate as a semi-private club with membership options and limited public play available for hotel guests. The extensive renovation addresses soil composition, turf establishment, cart paths, and overall course sustainability to ensure a world-class playing experience for golfers of varying skill levels.
