Hinata-yama Kogen Golf Course

Hinata-yama Kogen Golf Course is an 18-hole resort course nestled at 896 meters elevation in the foothills of the Northern Alps in Nagano Prefecture. The course features a twin-tee design with a par-72 layout spanning 6,343 yards, comprised of two par-36 nines. The course is characterized by gentle, undulating terrain set within a forested mountain environment, offering scenic views of the surrounding natural landscape.

The strategic layout incorporates natural hazards throughout, with particular challenges including water hazards on the par-5 5th and 14th holes, and strategically placed bunkers on several holes. Notable par-3 holes include the 4th and 13th holes, both featuring prominent greenside bunkers. The course emphasizes variety in its design, encouraging repeated play through diverse hole configurations.

Set within a highland resort setting, the course benefits from cool summer temperatures and is complemented by affiliated hotel facilities including restaurants and natural hot springs. The course operates seasonally from April through November, reflecting the alpine climate of the region.
