Heywood Golf Club is a well-designed 18-hole grass green course measuring 5,820 metres, situated in the south west of Victoria, located 8 kilometres south-east of Heywood and approximately 20 minutes from Portland. The course has a par of 72. The course is located adjacent to Mount Clay State Forest, and its undulating layout presents a challenge for golfers. The course is set within a natural bushland environment.

The course features well-maintained fairways and undulating greens with a layout that balances challenge and playability. The facility includes a driving range and putting green for practice. The course accepts visitors for both club events and social rounds in its scenic country setting.
