Green Hills Country Club is an 18-hole course designed by Edmund B. Ault, ASGCA, that opened in 1962. The course measures 6,056 yards from the longest tees for a par of 72, with a course rating of 68.6 and a slope rating of 119. Located on the outskirts of Fairmont, West Virginia, the course is characterized by its scenic setting with rolling terrain.
The course features tricky blind shots with rolling hills, numerous bunkers around the greens, and significant elevation changes. An onsite driving range with 5 practice tees provides practice facilities for golfers preparing for their round.
The course was voted Times West Virginian "Best Course in the Area" in 2018 and has continued to improve since. Green Hills Country Club features a membership model with an 18-hole championship layout, pro shop with club fitting services, grill room with banquet facilities, and a renovated outdoor pool.
