Green Field Golf Club is a 7,011-yard, par-72 championship course located in Makiyama, approximately a 40-minute drive from Kochi City. Situated adjacent to the Yoshino River, the course is set within a natural forest environment that preserves the area's seasonal flora and mild climate. The layout is designed as a flat, strategic championship course by Takeshi Tozawa, a producer of numerous professional golf tournaments. The course features Bentgrass greens and maintains a course rating of 73.8. The 18-hole layout is divided into an out and in nine, each presenting distinct challenges. The front nine is characterized by strategic holes involving dense bush, most notably the fourth hole which retains a cluster of Japanese maple trees. The back nine introduces more water hazards, with many holes featuring ponds or creeks that require precise shot placement to overcome. The course is designed to be challenging from the champion tees while remaining accessible for amateur golfers from the regular tees. Notable holes include the sixth hole on the front nine and the seventeenth on the back nine, which are recommended for driving distance, while the seventh and fifteenth holes are highlighted for their pin-approach difficulty. The course has hosted significant events, including the 9th Shikoku Doubles Scramble Golf Tournament. Record scores at the club stand at 65 for both professional H. Iwabuchi and amateur S. Morisawa. The facility also features a 250-yard driving range with 13 bays and two practice greens located near the start holes.
