Located in Goseong-gun, Gangwon-do, the Seorak Sun Valley course is a 27-hole facility divided into three distinct nine-hole layouts: the Sorak Course, the Sun Course, and the Valley Course. Situated within the natural landscape of Seorak, the course is designed to offer views of the surrounding mountains and sea, with each nine-hole loop designed to start and return to the clubhouse to allow for simultaneous play. The terrain features natural rock outcrops and varied elevation changes that require both strategy and power from golfers. The Sorak Course, described as a spectacular layout set against the sunset, plays to a par of 36 from the white tees with a total yardage of 3,235 yards. It features a mix of par-3, par-4, and par-5 holes, with the longest hole reaching 575 yards. The Sun Course, noted for its natural rock formations and varied terrain, also plays to a par of 36 from the white tees at 3,070 yards. Its layout includes a 525-yard par-5 and a 525-yard par-5, challenging players with significant length on the back nine. The Valley Course offers a different challenge with its "fantastic view" of the mountains and sea, playing to a par of 36 from the white tees at 2,890 yards. This layout is characterized by shorter par-4s and includes two par-5s that stretch to 500 and 505 yards. The shortest hole on the course is a 115-yard par-3 on the Valley Course, while the longest is the 600-yard par-5 on the Sorak Course. The design demands a high level of concentration, as the varied terrain and natural features ensure that no hole can be played without careful consideration.
