Golfclub Rheinhessen

Golfclub Rheinhessen is an 18-hole championship course located on the Wißberg plateau near St. Johann in the Rheinhessen wine region. The par-72 course spans 75 hectares and features expansive fairways, over 70 bunkers, and strategically positioned water hazards. The layout is characterized by its demanding design and panoramic views across the surrounding vineyards.

The course presents a challenging test of golf with its masterful bunkering strategy and water features that define its sporting character. Set on elevated terrain, the course offers distinctive vistas throughout the round. The facility includes a modern driving range with all-weather covered bays, LED lighting for evening practice, and one of only three Mizuno Performance Fitting Centers in Germany, allowing players to optimize their equipment using advanced analysis technology.

The club supports serious golfers through comprehensive instruction and training programs, including professional development for PGA trainees. Complementing the course are a restaurant with panoramic views and an adjoining boutique hotel, providing complete amenities for golf tourists and multi-day visits.
