The men's course features a Par 71 with four Par 5 holes, while the women's course plays to Par 72 with five Par 5 holes. Course ratings and slope values indicate elevated intermediate difficulty for men and intermediate to challenging difficulty for women.

The facility includes a relocated traditional Niedersachsen house that provides barrier-free access and comfortable accommodations. The course is maintained with care, featuring summer and winter greens depending on seasonal conditions.
