Reversible Golf Patting is Germany's first reversible golf course, located near Rosenheim in the Chiemgau region. The facility features two 9-hole courses: the Hochries or Wendelstein round and the Kampenwand course, offering 27 holes of play through weekly rotation. The reversible design allows golfers to play either clockwise or counterclockwise, providing variety within a compact layout.
The course sits in a scenic Alpine setting with mountain views visible from the driving range. Rather than a traditional 18-hole layout, the facility was intentionally designed as two 9-hole courses to accommodate golfers with limited time, allowing them to complete a round while balancing other activities. The Kampenwand course functions as a shorter course option.
The terrain reflects the local Bavarian landscape between the Inn Valley and Chiemgau, characterized as accessible rather than championship-level difficulty. The facility includes a driving range with mountain vistas and a practice putting and pitching green near the clubhouse. Established over 33 years ago, it operates as a family-friendly club emphasizing practicality and hospitality over luxury positioning. The course has hosted tournaments including the German Hickory Open.
