The design includes three championship courses and nine executive holes, offering a variety of challenges for golfers of different skill levels. The layout is noted for its unique character, with each of the 36 holes distinct from the others. The terrain features moving ground and varied elevation changes, which Palmer intended to provide an interesting game for both beginners and experienced players. The course is capable of hosting tournaments while remaining accessible for recreational play. Facilities surrounding the golf course include a driving range with 50 uncovered positions, three putting greens, and a pro shop. The resort also offers an outdoor swimming pool, tennis courts, and a wellness spa, integrating leisure amenities with the golfing experience.
