Golf International Barrière La Baule

Golf International Barrière La Baule is a 45-hole championship facility spread across 220 hectares within the Parc de Brière, located 8 km from La Baule on the Atlantic coast. The three courses were designed by Alliss, Thomas, and Gayon.

The Parcours Lucien Barrière (Red) measures 5,981 meters at par 72, featuring a wooded, narrow layout with minimal elevation changes that balances playability with technical challenge. The Parcours Diane Barrière (Blue) extends 6,197 meters at par 72 and adopts an American-style design with numerous water hazards, expansive bunkers, and well-defended greens. The Parcours François André (Green) is a 9-hole course of 2,973 meters at par 36, designed as both an accessible challenge for beginners and a legitimate test for accomplished players.

The facility includes a comprehensive practice center with 55 grass tees (10 covered), approach zones, putting green, bunker, and FlightScope analysis equipment. The Golf Barrière Academy, directed by Julien Xanthopoulos, offers instruction programs for all ages and skill levels, from beginner to elite training. A clubhouse restaurant overlooks the courses, and a pro shop provides retail services.
