Golf De La Freslonnière

Golf de la Freslonnière is located near Rennes, the capital of Brittany, within the 800-year-old Domaine de la Freslonnière estate. The course opened in June 1989 and occupies 60 hectares of the château's parkland, nestled within a forest featuring century-old trees that have been carefully preserved.

The 18-hole course measures 5,650 meters with a par of 72. It is characterized by abundant greenery, abundant water hazards strategically placed throughout, and a collection of rhododendron plantings and diverse tree species that provide natural wind protection. The course design emphasizes shot placement and strategic thinking, requiring golfers to carefully plan their approach rather than rely on power alone.

The landscape features the natural charm of the estate setting, with mature woodland creating an elegant atmosphere. The course has been a member of the Golfy network since 1996 and continues to operate as an active golf facility hosting competitions and offering instruction.
