Located in Agadir, Morocco, Golf de l'Océan is a 27-hole facility spread across 90 hectares of natural sand and greens. Designed by architect Belt Collins, the course is divided into three distinct nine-hole layouts: the Garden, the Desert, and the Dune. The property features four lakes and is landscaped with eucalyptus, tamarisk, cypress, mimosa, and palm trees. The course is designed to accommodate all levels of golfers, offering a range of difficulties through its varied terrain. The layout provides a natural relief that is sometimes narrow, varying the types of challenges for players. The course is described as fairly open, characterized by deep and difficult bunkers surrounded by eucalyptus trees. Wind is noted as an important factor in scoring. The facility includes a practice area for 30 golfers, featuring "Target fairway" and "Target green" stations that offer panoramic views of the course and the surrounding countryside, including the Atlas Mountains. Tee box options are available in multiple colors, including Black, White, Yellow, Blue, and Red, with specific stroke indexes and slope ratings provided for each. The Garden-Dunes combination course has a par of 71 for the Black and White tees, with a total distance of 5,837 yards.
