Croara Country Club is an 18-hole golf course located in the Val Trebbia valley in Emilia Romagna, near Gazzola. Originally designed by Buratti with 9 holes in 1976, the course was expanded to its current 18-hole layout by architect Croze. The course is situated on a hillside terrain, with half positioned on alluvial deposits from the Trebbia River and the other half on Apennine foothills, creating varied playing conditions and panoramic views.

The course features technically challenging holes with moderately narrow fairways bordered by oak, chestnut, poplar, and acacia trees, with scenic vistas along the river course. Notable features include views of Rivalta Castle and the surrounding valley opening. The course hosted the Italian Open Women's Championship in 1987, marking a significant moment in its history. The temperate climate from nearby Liguria contributes to favorable playing conditions year-round. The club offers additional amenities including a restaurant serving regional Emilian cuisine, swimming pool, and four tennis courts.
