Golf Club Milano is a prestigious 27-hole golf course located within the Parco Reale di Monza, one of Europe's largest historic parks. Founded on May 8, 1928, the club was designed by James Peter Gannon with Cecil Blandford overseeing initial construction. The course originally opened with 9 holes, expanded to 18 in 1933, and reached its current 27-hole configuration in 1958 under designer Giulio Cavalsani.
The three courses span approximately 100 hectares within the park's majestic woodland setting, seamlessly integrated into the natural landscape and biodiversity. The clubhouse, completed in 1958, is considered one of Europe's finest, designed by architects Vietti and Buzzi.
Golf Club Milano has hosted numerous national and international championships, most notably nine editions of the Open d'Italia (1951, 1952, 1956, 1981, 1984, 1990, 2015, 2016, and 2017). The course serves as an exclusive home for members and visiting golfers who respect the club's etiquette and traditions. Its distinctive character derives from the historic Monza Park setting, offering a challenging yet refined golfing experience in one of Italy's most celebrated golf destinations.
