The layout is defined by its integration with a major tributary of the Mukuvisi River, which winds through the property and influences the design of the holes. The course is maintained to international standards, utilizing bentgrass greens that provide a consistent playing surface for golfers of varying skill levels. The design work was executed by Peter Matkovich, who incorporated water features as an integral component of the course architecture. These water elements are strategically placed to challenge even professional golfers, adding a layer of difficulty to the layout.
