Tasmania Golf Club is an 18-hole championship course located near Hobart, Tasmania, approximately 15 minutes east of Hobart CBD and 2 minutes from the airport. The course is situated on a scenic headland at Barilla Bluff that juts out into Pitt Water, a natural harbour, and is bounded by water on three sides. The course measures 6,685 yards with a par of 72 and was established in 1971.

The layout is characterized by pronounced elevation changes and tight fairways that create a challenging playing experience throughout the 18 holes. The back nine is particularly scenic, with the signature 11th hole being a downhill par-3 played toward a spectacular backdrop of the harbour and Barilla Bay. Additional views of Pitt Water and distant hills enhance the course's visual appeal across multiple holes.

Tasmania Golf Club has a rich history of hosting significant tournaments, including the Australian Amateur Championship and the Tasmanian Open. The club welcomes both members and visitors year-round and operates as a private members club that accommodates tournament play seven days a week. The adjacent Barilla Bay restaurant provides additional amenities overlooking the scenic landscape.
