Golf Bluegreen du Pays de Saint Gilles Croix de Vie opened in 1990 and was created by the Mixed Union of 14 communes in the Saint Gilles Croix de Vie region. Designed by Yves Bureau, the course features an 18-hole bocage layout characterized by maritime pines and oak trees, with water obstacles strategically placed throughout. The fairways are well-maintained and present a refined, carefully groomed challenge.
Located at L'Aiguillon sur Vie in the Pays de la Loire region, the course benefits from close proximity to the Saint Gilles Croix de Vie seaside resort and other coastal attractions. The terrain reflects the landscape shaped by maintenance work and natural evolution over decades.
The course offers a pleasant succession of water hazards and tree-lined fairways, presenting moderate difficulty suitable for various skill levels. Notable facilities include a 27-station practice range with 12 covered positions (8 equipped with Toptracer technology) and 15 open stations, plus a putting green and minigolf. The clubhouse provides a welcoming atmosphere with seminar facilities available for groups and team-building events.
