Giant Oak Golf Club

Giant Oak Golf Club, established in 1969, was designed by respected golf course architect Arthur Hills. Located in Bedford Township between Monroe, Michigan and Toledo, Ohio, the course features a challenging 6,415-yard championship layout set in a peaceful, mature environment.

The course is characterized by tree-lined fairways and bent grass greens. Water hazards come into play on six holes, while protected wetlands add to the scenic setting. The club's name derives from a 300-year-old oak tree that once stood on the property until its removal in July 2022 due to storm damage.

The design balances difficulty with playability, offering golfers a fun and challenging round in a natural setting. The established course has become a popular destination for golfers in southeast Michigan and northwest Ohio, hosting leagues, outings, and tournament play throughout the year.
