Art Lake Golf Club is an 18-hole course located in Nose, Toyono District, Osaka Prefecture, Japan. Designed by Tazo Kawada and opened in September 1991, the course sits on a 1,360,000 square meter site. The layout is divided into an Out Course and an In Course, both playing to a total par of 72. The Out Course measures 3,501 yards from the back tees, while the In Course extends to 3,655 yards from the back tees, creating a full course length of 7,156 yards. The course is characterized by its integration with Japanese garden aesthetics and expansive natural landscapes. The Out Course features a mix of uphill and downhill holes, with significant elevation changes on several par-5s. The 7th hole, a 562-yard par-5 from the back tees, plays to a steeply downhill green, requiring precise shot-making. The 9th hole is a downhill par-4 that plays over water off the tee. The In Course presents a challenging sequence of holes, including the 11th, a 598-yard par-5 that demands a careful drive to avoid a right-side slope and water. The 18th hole is a signature par-4 featuring a pond and waterfall directly in front of the tee box, leading to a two-tiered green that requires careful club selection based on pin placement. Art Lake Golf Club has a history of hosting regional and national amateur tournaments. It hosted the qualifying round of the 75th Kansa Open in 2009 and the final round of the Kinki Open in 2013. The course also hosted the Osaka Women's Open in 2017 and the Kansai Student (Women's Student) Championship final in 2021. The facility is owned by Marumatsu Koshan Co., Ltd., and is a member of the Japan Golf Association (JGA) and the Kansai Golf Union (KGU).
