Fosseway Golf Club is a nine-hole parkland golf course located in Midsomer Norton, Somerset, near Bath. Designed by KC Cotton and F Pennink and constructed by Dando & Dark, the course was founded in 1971 and officially opened in August 1971 by cricket player Brian Close. The course measures 4,225 yards with a par of 67, and features well-maintained fairways lined with abundant mature trees typical of parkland courses.
The course is set within gentle Somerset countryside with views toward the Mendip Hills and Downside Abbey. The layout presents a challenge suitable for players of all abilities, with tree-lined fairways and strategically positioned bunkers guarding the greens. The narrow fairways and demanding approach shots make precision play essential for scoring well. The club has developed a strong seniors' section and a growing ladies' section, and maintains practice facilities including a practice putting green and bunkers.
Fosseway Golf Club maintains affiliations with England Golf Union (EGU), Somerset Golf Union (SGU), England Ladies Golf Union (ELGU), and Somerset Ladies County Golf Association (SLCGA). The club welcomes public players and operates as both a members' club and a pay-to-play facility for visitors.
