Fillmore Fairways Golf Course

Fillmore Fairways Golf Course is a 9-hole public course located in Cascade, Iowa, approximately 4 miles east of Cascade on US Highway 151, near Dubuque. The course plays as a par 36 and measures 3,200 yards from the back tees, with middle tees at approximately 2,600 yards. Three sets of tees accommodate golfers of all skill levels.

The course features tree-lined fairways with modest elevation changes throughout the layout. A defining characteristic is White Water Creek, which comes into play on two holes, adding strategic challenge and scenic value.
