Far Vu Golf Course

Far Vu Golf Course is an 18-hole, par 72 golf course located in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, operating since 1964. Built on original terrain featuring mature trees and natural wooded areas, the course incorporates a creek that meanders through the layout, creating a ravine that serves as a natural backdrop for several tees and greens. The design takes advantage of the existing landscape to provide visual interest and strategic challenge.

Over its 50-year history, Far Vu has undergone significant updates including new tee boxes, enlarged greens, and a modern irrigation system covering greens, tee boxes, and fairways. The course benefits from excellent natural drainage, allowing early spring openings compared to other regional courses. The mature trees and water features create a naturally challenging layout suitable for golfers of varying skill levels, while the wooded setting provides an aesthetically pleasing experience. The facility includes a clubhouse with dining and beverage services, plus deck seating, and accommodates outings and events.
