Fairview Golf Club is a nine-hole facility located at the north entrance of the Town of Fairview, Alberta, along Highway 732. The course opened in the spring of 1958 and features tree-lined fairways and grass greens, which were installed in 1981. Paved cart paths were added to the layout in 2006, followed by a clubhouse expansion in 2008. The course is situated in the Peace region and includes a fully licensed restaurant and lounge with a patio overlooking the fairways. The layout consists of nine holes with a mix of pars, including four par 4s, two par 3s, and two par 5s. The holes are numbered one through nine, with the front and back nine offering a variety of yardages and challenges typical of a nine-hole configuration. The course is maintained to be immaculate and is designed to accommodate both casual play and league competition. Fairview Golf Club hosts a variety of league play and tournaments throughout the season. Regular league options include an open drop-in league for men, ladies, and couples on Mondays, a men’s league on Tuesdays, and a ladies’ league on Wednesdays. The club also organizes specific tournaments, such as the Fairview Couples Classic and men’s events, which are registered through external platforms. The facility also offers camping on-site for visitors, with powered sites available for a nightly fee or free for golfers.
