Designed by Kevin Tucker and opened in 2000, Fair Oaks Golf Club is an 18-hole, par 72, 7,004 yard golf course in Oakland, Tennessee. Located at 220 Fair Oaks Drive in Oakland, TN, the course features some of the best Bermuda greens in the Memphis area. The course offers five sets of tees, catering to golfers of varying skill levels. The links-style design promotes quick play and minimal loss of golf balls.

The Tiff Eagle Bermuda greens are mowed daily and rolled twice a week, providing the smoothest putting surfaces in the Mid-South. The course features a 22-bay natural grass driving range, two putting greens, and a short-game bunker and chipping green. A 6,000 square-foot clubhouse offers panoramic views of the 18th hole, and the facility can accommodate up to 128 golfers for outings and tournaments. The course is known for maintaining an excellent pace of play while presenting a challenging test for all ability levels.
