Designed by renowned architect Pete Dye and Dye Designs, the course represents one of Latin America's premier golf facilities. The design emphasizes golf as a lifestyle component within a larger residential community development.

The course was developed as part of a comprehensive master plan by Darcon and Rodolfo Cabrera in collaboration with Dye Designs. Construction was undertaken by Construgolf, with Larry Rodgers serving as irrigation consultant to ensure optimal playing conditions. The landscape design by Carmen Pokorny complements the course's integration into the surrounding terrain.

The facility includes a clubhouse and amenities designed by Darcon/Rodolfo Cabrera with consultation from Bill Zmistowski. El Pulté Golf positions itself as a destination that combines championship-level golf with residential real estate development, creating an integrated community centered on the sport and outdoor lifestyle. The course reflects Pete Dye's signature design philosophy, known for challenging layouts that balance playability with aesthetic appeal.
