Eau Claire Golf and Country Club

The Eau Claire Golf and Country Club features an 18-hole, par 71 championship course spread across 250 acres of mature, wooded terrain. The layout showcases sweeping hillsides and towering white pines, creating a scenic and naturally challenging environment. With a course length of 6,855 yards and a rating/slope of 73.4/137, the course presents a substantial test for golfers of varying skill levels.

The club has invested in course improvements, including renovations to tees and bunkers on holes 6 and 7, as well as broader tee and bunker renovation projects completed in 2020-2021. The facility supports its championship status by hosting premier golf events annually. Members have access to comprehensive practice facilities, including a range with target greens, two practice putting greens, and a chipping green with bunkers. The pro shop offers club fitting services for major brands including Titleist, Callaway, TaylorMade, XXIO, and Ping, along with TrackMan technology. The course is located in Altoona, Wisconsin, and welcomes both members and non-members to its pro shop facilities.
