Eaton Country Club is a par 36 nine-hole layout measuring 2,805 yards from the longest tees and located 3 blocks west of downtown Eaton along Crystal Lake and historic Robert's Double Barrel Covered Bridge. The golf course was designed by Alex Campbell and opened in 1921. The course rating is 65.9 and it has a slope rating of 103 on Blue grass.
Watered fairways, tees, and greens provide challenges with strategically placed bunkers, and the course design is accommodating enough for beginners while giving seasoned players good practice. Notable holes include Hole 6, a signature 145-yard par 3 with a plateau green built into the hill; Hole 7, a tight 300-yard par 4 with hillsides on both sides of the green; Hole 8, known as "The Roller Coaster" at 270 yards with elevation changes; and Hole 9, a 470-yard dogleg with out-of-bounds along the right side. The facility includes an onsite driving range with 2 practice tees.
