Eastmoreland Golf Course is Oregon's second oldest golf course, established in 1917 as the city's first public golf course. Located on 138.50 acres in the Eastmoreland neighborhood at 2425 SE Bybee Boulevard, the course was designed by Chandler Egan, a former national amateur golf champion and renowned golf course architect. The course originated from a collaborative effort among members of the Multnomah Athletic Club and representatives from three local golf clubs, with Portland's Mayor Albee supporting the transition from leasing to municipal ownership of the property, which had previously been pasture land used by the Willsburg Dairy. The facility operates from 6am to 7pm daily and includes a driving range open 6am to 9pm, along with a bar and grill. The course features wireless internet access and maintains a no-dogs policy on the grounds.
