Durand Eastman Golf Course is an 18-hole championship course designed by Robert Trent Jones Sr., located within Durand Eastman Park in Rochester, New York. The course plays as a par 70 from the Blue, White, and Gold tees, and par 72 from the Red tees, stretching between 5,198 and 6,033 yards depending on tee selection.

The course features an undulating landscape with large tree-lined fairways, creeks, and ponds that create both aesthetic appeal and strategic challenge for golfers of all skill levels. Set in a scenic park setting along Lake Ontario, the terrain tests players through its varied topography and water hazards.

Originally established as a nine-hole course in 1917, making it the third public golf course in Rochester, Durand Eastman was expanded to its current 18-hole layout. The course has a rich history, as the land was part of a 484-acre park gifted to the city in 1907 by Dr. Henry S. Durand and George Eastman. The clubhouse was rebuilt in 1932 after the original 1931 structure was destroyed by fire.
