Founded in 1916 and originally designed by famous golf course architect William S. Flynn, the course features a unique and competitive layout that incorporates the natural landscape into its design. The course was expanded to a full 18 holes in 1963, and features 6,462 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 72. The course rating is 71.4 and it has a slope rating of 135 on Bent grass. The club has approved an extensive renovation plan that includes a new irrigation system for the golf course and a full restoration of the original William Flynn holes (3, 4, and 5).

The property features 71 acres of farm land that included streams, ponds, rolling hills surrounded by beautiful trees.
