Disney's Magnolia Golf Course

Disney's Magnolia Golf Course is a championship-length course located in Lake Buena Vista, Florida, designed in classic Tour style and the longest of the Walt Disney World Resort golf courses. Named for its majestic magnolia trees, the 18-hole course features elevated tees, spacious greens, and challenging water hazards. Wide fairways encourage aggressive play, but 11 of the 18 holes include water hazards, with numerous sand bunkers throughout the layout.

The course was extensively reimagined in 2023, introducing newly-elevated design elements and an innovative layout. New teeing grounds offer yardages ranging from 5,200 to 7,505 yards, with slope ratings from 129 to 142. The redesign includes newly re-contoured Bermuda grass greens providing fast, true putting surfaces, along with redesigned greenside and fairway bunkers.

A signature feature is "Grumpy's Gauntlet," the demanding stretch of holes 14-17 that presents challenging shot selection and strategic decisions for golfers of all levels. Each hole has been given Disney-themed names from classic films, paired with inspiring quotes from Walt Disney or Arnold Palmer. The course is certified by Audubon International as a Cooperative Wildlife Sanctuary, balancing challenge with environmental stewardship.
